"Very disappointed in today's experience. I backed into a parking space that I have parked in before. There were two people smoking in the far end of the parking space but I assumed they would move since I was attempting to park. Instead, one person walked up and said 'you can't park here'. Since I have parked there before, previously asking the staff if I was okay where I was parked, I did not see a problem. The space was not marked in any special manner. If a parking spot is reserved for a particular person or not a parking space at all I think the simple resolution quality of a great would be to mark it as such. I the person why I couldn't park there and he said 'because security said so'. By then I felt kind of bullied so I told them I wanted to speak to someone that was in charge. The same person that had been talking to me said 'I'm in charge'. I realize this may not sound like a big deal to most people. The staff and security guards are supposed to be servicing medical people as well as the General Public. When people are coming to a dispensary in pain, I think that a little bit more kindness and consideration should be used. I have no complaints about the inside staff at all! They were all very compassionate and understanding. If the one particular security guard can step it up a bit and be more considerate, I think it will be a much nicer place to go to when you need help."
