"Don't be misled by the 4-star reviews like I was. Stopped here for breakfast; I've had Dunkin' hundreds of times before at various other locations. The food here that our entire family ordered all tasted absolutely terrible and all ended up in the garbage. Even the coffee was watery and awful. Would not recommend."

"I went there today before work to use my coupon for a free frozen coffee and also purchased a apple crumb donut. A woman rung me up. When I got to work and opened my bag, there was a long peice of black hair wrapped around my donut (the same hair color of the woman at the register). I immediately called the store. The same woman answered the phone and as i was explaining (very calmly) she hung up on me. I called back thinking we got disconnected. I explained to her that there is a long hair on my donut. The woman said absolutely NOTHING. Either she sat on the phone in silence or put the phone down just ignored me completely. I am DONE spending my money at foreign owned franchises. They come to the country to take our money and thats it. They have no knowledge in customer service or how to handle things properly and could care less. DO NOT GO HERE. I'm done with Dunkins for now on. Only supporting American owned business."

"The staff there were polite and courteous. All DD coffee is not the same although I'm sure they've been taught the and way. The coffee here was great! The right amount of sugar and cream. The refresher was also great. They don't have a drive thru, but it's worth the second it takes to walk in. The only ding I would give them is, the bathroom was out of order"
