"(NOTE: I am posting this to this location as well as our local branch because the problem listed involves the online banking and is relevant to all branches of this bank) We have banked here for many years but have encountered a problem which will probably see us moving to another bank. The balances that you see with their version of online banking DO NOT MATCH the balances that the bank uses to assess overdraft fees. We have two items, an automated payment and a check card purchase that show clearly on our online banking ledger as having cleared with a balance. Yet, we get an overdraft notice that these did not clear and have been charged $72 in fees which we are in the process of trying to get refunded. Clearly there is a problem with their system and we simply cannot trust it now to give us an accurate balance. Unfortunately, we will be looking to bank elsewhere now."
