"Had to edit my rating. After being a customer of American family insurance for two years. They over charged me for this past year. I paid enough to buy someone a new car. Then they would not renew my policy for using our roadside assistance that we pay for. Then the lady who tried to help us wanted us to give them a 1200 dollar down payment and our payment didn't even go down. They are scamming hard working people out of Money. In the state of Georgia you have to have insurance. I got insurance full coverage on all vehicles for 150 dollars cheaper with no down payment. So change my mind ."
