Welcome to First Baptist Church, located at 313 West Main Street, Claxton, Georgia. Our Sunday schedule is filled with opportunities for spiritual growth and community connection. We begin with Sunday School at 10:00 AM, followed by our main Service at 11:00 AM. In the evening, youth activities start at 5:30 PM, leading into a community Supper at 6:00 PM. At 6:30 PM, we host a Prayer Meeting along with Youth and Children's Bible Study, fostering a nurturing environment for all ages. Our day concludes with Choir practice at 7:00 PM, where we lift our voices in psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs to God with thankful hearts.
At First Baptist Church, we strive to let the message of Christ, in all its richness, fill our lives. We believe in teaching and counseling each other with the wisdom He provides.
