"I was excited about the bedroom furniture I purchased but was very disappointed in the end. Got less than what I expected, the lady that showed me the furniture made it sound that I was getting a 4 piece set, but ended with a 2 piece set. When I received the furniture and begin to build it I ended up missing a whole set of screws. I went that night sleeping on the couch and ended up buying the missing screws at Lowe’s."

"My elder parents purchased a washer and a warranty. When the washer died while the warranty was still active, it was not replaced. My 70 yr old parents went 5 weeks without a washer waiting on these guys to do something. Nothing but excuses. 18 yr customers of this place as well. Unacceptable!"
