"Did a curbside order, they forgot my daughters soda, no big deal i just went thru drive thru to let them know, while waiting i looked around to see if my sauces were there because they’ve been forgotten before, saw them so didn’t think of anything else. Get home and seen they gave me an extra fry. Great! Then noticed they forgot my sons 10 nugget and my Buffalo sauce so now I’m aggravated"
"I ordered door dash from this location and they got the order right. I got the honey mustard, which is an anomaly now-a-days. I don’t mean to be hard on restaurants but the employees ability to give a correct order transcends their position. I worked as a project coordinator and if you mess up an order, you cost a company thousands of dollars. The individuals who can succeed in fast food, end up as great employees in high paying jobs. If you can’t get simple orders right; you won’t have a house, you’ll end up working for minimum wage your whole life. So as the employer of this particular establishment, thank them for their ability to pay attention detail. They are the reason you didn’t get a one star for not being able to differentiate honey mustard from ketchup. Edit - I wanna say this before the mass starts sheeping. I make a lot of money as a software engineer, and I was a fast food animal. I worked six years in food before getting a cerebral career. I’ve seen the difference between the employees that mess up orders and those who have mental acuity, in a fast paced environment, to be accurate."
