"This is the 5th time I have had a food prep issue with this place. They are sloppy and do not read what is on the order. Today they didn’t put the sausage on the breakfast sandwich. Previously I have had many issues with this specific Panera where the order is never correct. I wish the app would let me choose a different Panera for delivery. The one closer to my home is 100000 times better and never makes mistakes with the order. This is a branch problem that the corporate offices should look at. Please do training. Your line staff is horrible or they can’t read orders etc. it’s consistently wrong orders."
"This wasn't the best experience. We went here because I wanted some soup. It was our 1st time at this location, and it was a but disappointing. Walking in, there were 2 cashiers standing at the counter holding a conversation. They looked directly at us walk in but didn't greet us. After looking at the menu for a bit, my husband greeted them... Awkwardly. We both ordered cheddar broccoli soup with bread. When it was ready, they just sat the bag on the counter, never called for us or anything. We had to figure out that our food was sitting there. There were 2 tables in the store being used by customers."
"We stopped here for lunch and lattes. After making many mistakes and sending the food back three times we wound up with a decent lunch and a yummy latte. The service is slow and not very effective."
