"This is my 3rd time dealing with this shop… Let me say this: these are amazing people. They exceeded my expectations at every level. I did not expect my bike to come out so nicely. They were genuinely kind to me and did what needed to be done to fix my wheel and crank arms / pedals. The price was better than I thought. The new crank arms and pedals were even better than the ones that originally came with my bike. I was treated like a friend, with no strings attached. Also, I have not seen a shop with such a large inventory of high quality bikes! These people are true experts. My bike is an electric Bosch mid drive that is not cheap, so not everyone can touch it. I trust them 100%. If it hadn’t been for the need to order new crank arms, the job would have been completed within 24 hours. Instead it took only 3 days. I would leave more than 5 stars if I could."

"We rented 2 hybrid bikes for a week. As far as I could tell the bikes were brand new. They were both well tuned, shifted perfectly, brakes (both disk, mine was hydraulic, my wife's was mechanical) worked well. They adjusted them for us for a good fit. Very friendly and efficient service. They fitted both with a bag and a lock. I'd have also liked a mirror (I forgot to pack by mirror that attached to my sunglasses) and maybe safety lights (I wish I'd brought by Fly 6 video taillight) though. What a contrast to renting bikes on Cumberland Island (rusted chain kept falling off) and Virginia Beach (the only thing that didn't slow you down was the brakes)! One last comment, I was surprised how courteous drivers were on Amelia Island! We had a great time exploring the island from top to bottom."
