"Perfect bike shop :) I live and work on Amelia Island and a lot of bikes come and go my way. If I need anything from parts to service these guys take great care of me. Just today I needed a stubborn tire to seat on tubeless rim and they knocked it put immediately and with no charge. “Air is always free” I know their mantra well and have seen them consistently put their customers on affordable quality bikes and back it up with friendly and professional services that does not break the bank. These days it is hard to find more than a few people that agree now, there is one more, me! Noah was so helpful and knowledgeable however, in a way that was easy for a beginner to digest all the information. We had my wife's bike, that is very fond of tuned up and lights added. The work was completed so she could go riding this evening and she said the bike rode the best if ever has. "Classic down to earth bike repair shop. Joel exemplifies genuine customer service akin to the days of old. He understood, with his power of empathy, the need for me to find someone who could help me fix the tires of my special needs child special chair. I barely got through my sentence explaining what I needed when I was asked to go ahead and bring the chair in. And then instead of bringing the chair in, Joel came outside! I was so overwhelmed by their kindness that I had to hold back tears. And when the tires were fixed, Joel sat down and talked as if he had all the time in the world, never once making me feel rushed. "I recently moved to the area and looked forward to mountain biking on Ft. Clinch's trails. Unfortunately, the front suspension fork of my beloved 25 year old Klein hardtail gave up the ghost. Joel and Noah found a suitable replacement, ordered, and installed it in about a week. Amazingly, it works better than the original! My old bike now rides like a champ. Sadly, I ran over a sand spur a few weeks later and punctured an inner-tube. I brought the bike in over a lunch hour and Ron dropped his sandwich to replace the damaged tube on the spot.
