"I cannot praise the staff at this place enough! Although we are Florida natives, every year I take my husband to a new destination to celebrate his birthday in August. This time, we selected Amelia Island. I reserved a day rental for two e-bikes for us to explore the area. Since we were considering buying e-bikes, what better way to test them out than spending a day with them. Unfortunately, it rained almost the entire day, but we managed to ride on some bike trails with the e-bikes until one of the pedals came off. Not a major issue, so we returned. However, we loved the e-bikes so much that we decided to inquire about purchasing two of them. Although our original salesperson was not available when we returned, Rusty provided exceptional assistance! The staff treated us like lifelong friends from the moment we rented the bikes, which left a lasting impression on us. Rusty went above and beyond by contacting the owner to address the issue we faced, making our experience even more memorable. Even if you are not planning to buy from them, we highly recommend trying out their rentals. It's not only enjoyable but also enhances the overall experience. "Incredible all-round service here! Alexis was wonderful as the salesperson for my brand new, cherry red Denago. So friendly and helpful. And then today, I called when my buggy broke down at the corner of Tarpon and Atlantic. Mark and Rusty (I think that’s his name) dropped what they were doing and showed up for roadside service within 10 minutes of my call. Wow! It took Mark about 4 seconds to find the loose nut that caused the problem. Double wow! So friendly and professional. I simply can’t recommend Roadshark enough! Thank you, everyone!"

"Stopped by to see what services might be done to my motorcycle on island and was pleased to be met in the parking lot by Mark, who was a informative and friendly as could be. I'll be bringing my bike to him to mount tires and for performance mods. One of my son's brought his new-to-him motorcycle for tires and a drive chain, was treated as if he was big money, and was loaned a golf cart to drive until the work was finished a few hours later. Mark inspected the bike and suggested a couple of minor maintenance chores, and didn't try to upsell. He told me to bring my other son's used Honda for a checkup, which is scheduled. More on that later: These are great people who go to extraordinary lengths to care for their customers, and this town is all the better for them being here to provide a wide variety of personal transportation and a wide range of repairs. Thanks, Mark! See you soon with a new back tire for My bike. Update: A few months further on, and all three of us have had our bikes serviced by the Road Shark crew,(they replaced the blown fork seals on the mentioned Honda along with tire and chain replacement) and I also bought a used e-bike in great shape at a great price. We'll be returning regularly."
