"I do not know what kind of work Sullivan plumbing can preform. I called several times in a two month period, only one call back ,Sullivan said he would here Friday, no show no call back. I called again no call back. I live right down the road from Sullivan with a small leak on a water heater pipe had to call some one else. Sullivan has a severe communication problem, not dependable."

"We recently experienced a clogged drain that proved to be beyond my ability to fix. It wasn't affecting the entire house, but was still pretty inconvenient. I called Sullivan Plumbing and explained the problem. After determining that this wasn't a true emergency situation the person I talked with asked if we could wait until tomorrow at 9:30 AM. I was very pleased to hear that they would be able to come that quickly. The next morning two men arrived exactly on schedule in a large, well equipped truck. I explained the piping layout and where I expected to clog to be. They determined that the washer drain was the best point of entry to the system and started to set up their equipment. I timed them -- 24 minutes after they arrived the drain was clear. They packed up their equipment and cleaned up after themselves. Repeat -- they cleaned up after themselves. The two gentlemen who came were pleasant, efficient, and courteous. It's getting difficult to find a plumber in this area and I was very happy that they were able to come as far as they did and that they did a first class job. I can highly recommend Sullivan Plumbing based on my experience with them."
