"I would absolutely never recommend this company, as it is essentially a scam. My husband misplaced the key to our storage unit locker. U-Haul said they had a locksmith that was $60 cash, but unfortunately he would be two hours before arriving and we needed something out of the unit promptly. My husband called this company and he assumed the cost would be comparable and allowed the “kid” to remove the lock. The kid then charged my husband $500! We could have gone home and got a bolt cutter for $500, but the price was not stated until after the work was complete. I would absolutely not call this company. Anyone else, anywhere, will charged you 1/8 of the price. Seeing as how they have only a few reviews that were written at exactly the same time, I would say this is a company that just started a business ripping people off and asked some friends to write false reviews. Stay clear. In response to your response, I actually had the same experience with your company 3 months ago unbeknownst to my husband so when I asked him who he called and he said your company, I knew exactly who you were. You also know that your locksmiths are sub contracted out so perhaps you should pay more attention to who you utilize if you don’t want it to be a negative reflection on you. Do better."
