"RT has always provided quality service to myself and my family. It's family owned and operated so the repairs are always done by people you know and trust. They do have a new mechanic working for them but I know he did an amazing job with the repairs on our bike. I love how they treat you like family. These days every bike shop in town has a wait list but RT still managed to find a way to get us back on the road running better than ever before and they even polished it so it looks nicer than it ever has. I wouldn't dare think of using any other shop for my repair needs."

"Never take your bike to this place. They had our bike for over a year. We paid the owner $16 hundred dollars in good faith. He told us it would be roughly $320.00 to pick our bike up once it was fixed. After having it a year they changed the price. They said it would be an additional $11 hundred to get our bike back. Then if it wasn't picked up within 7 days. They were going to charge us $35 dollars a day for the storage fee. They lie cheat and steal from their customers. They would tell us to come get our bike one day. Then when we get there they don't have the bike ready. We had to call everyday several times a day to make sure our bike was getting fixed. They also used the excuse that the owner is getting dementia. He was giving customers the wrong price. The gentleman didn't seem to have any problems when we talked to him in the beginning. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! We would get an excuse after excuse. They couldn't keep the mechanics, the mach mechanic was sick. The mechanic didn't show up. They have bikes in their establishment that have been there longer than ours was. They have bikes where they over charged customers and they couldn't get their bikes back. DON'T USE THEM THEY ARE BAD BUSINESS."

"My husband brought a brand new bike from them. After 2 weeks had to replace the radiator. Then one month the master cylinder went out. So he took it to them to replace it since we got it from them. We were placed on the waiting list to get the parts in due to covid it was on back order. Every time he asked about the bike we were told we were waiting we don't have the part and were given the run around. They had it almost two years! I had to get a lawyer involved just to try to get the bike back. Finally going to get the bike and the bike is missing parts they use the parts off my husbands bike for other bikes! They used his transmission, parts of the neck, and foot pegs.They even broke the seat. We paid 3000 for this bike did not even get to ride it a month. Worst place ever!"
