"I was needing a lock picked and a key replacement. So glad I called J&J Access. They were very professional at my first encounter. Set up an appointment for the next day, and Tyler was very prompt at reaching out to me before hand. Once at my property he asked for me to verify my property before doing any work which I really appreciate since I am a landlord and didn't want just anyone being able to change the locks. "I called Monday inquiring about a key and fob replacement for my Honda Ridgeline and was quoted $85. The gentleman I talked too indicated that the fob was on order and requested I check back Wednesday or Thursday. Called again Thursday spoke with someone else and was told it would be $120. Hmmmmm. "My house is one of those that has a lot of old doors with skeleton keys. After trying to fix an old broken key a few times, I gave up and stopped by J&J's. I could tell they were swamped: the phone was practically off the hook, and everyone there was busy working on something for a customer. Still they took the time to take a look at my weird keys, grab the person with the most knowledge about those, and gave me replacements right away! Everyone was friendly and helpful despite how busy they were. Highly recommend!"
"These guys did an amazing job of keying a knob and dead bolt for me. Then when my wife didn’t like the color he swapped and keyed a new set for me. These guys went so far above and beyond to take care of a customer that had never walked through the door before ever. Brandon took the time to show me how it worked and tips on the installation. I will call them again and recommend them for anything lock, key, or safe, related. Customer service was lights out top notch."
