"BMO is the worst bank you can ever have they made my account overdraft for no clear reason if you deposit a check or money they tell you the money will be in 1-2 business days they put the money in for 2 days and when u least expect it they make ur account as if it was a fraud leaving ur account on a NEGATIVE number and they say you have to wait a full week to get the money you all ready had back in this bank sucks it is the worst bank i have ever worked with it should be said your money isn’t safe with them all all they need to be more responsible for they actions and not just let a client walk away empty handed"

"I recently paid my credit card bill in full. That was mid May. I just received a bill for April interest. I requested the payoff amount, and that is what I paid. This late hit is shameful. A total money grab. I recommend that you not get a BMO HARRIS MC. They are a ripoff"

"Stephanie (manager) and Rachel (banker) were very helpful getting a problem resolved for me in Dec 2019. The scanner had mis-read a check I was depositing. Both of them took time to get it taken care of. I really needed it resolved before the end of the calendar year, and Stephanie even called me after hours on New Year's Eve to let me know what was happening. They are both very friendly, as is Al, one of the tellers. Other people are nice, but I don't know their names."

"I have been banking here since 2014. I have been dealing with unauthorized use of my accounts and identity theft. The bankers not only do not care, but they do everything they can to avoid investigating or providing me with information so that I can investigate. They have been very rude. Two bank managers have been very temperamental and hostile. I am just trying to find out where my money went, but they refuse to help. They have given me the run around at every turn. When I first suspected a problem, they said to close the account. I did. Then they claimed they couldn't get the info I wanted because the account was closed. They said to call the call center number. Call center said they don't have the information but the branch does. Some bankers would try to get info but others said it wasn't available. As soon as someone tries to help me, someone else stops them. There are "holes" in several account statements--where some days in the month are not covered by a statement. They do not know why and will not find out. They previously told me that, if I close all of my accounts, they won't help me at all. There have been inappropriate transactions on my current account. I have recently received a letter saying they are going to close my account because the relationship isn't good for either of us. At best, they are incompetent and rude. They might also be criminals. If they aren't, they are so incompetent that they enable fraud."
