"First time customer at this location. Wait time was moderate due to time of day and banking staff available. Inside ibanking facility is smaller compared to other locations. Staff was courteous and able to answer my questions."

"Less than helpful. Rude. Always been happy with boa but this branch had an office person in the office at the front today that was very rude and told us we can get the info ourselves."

"This bank in particular is the worst. The staff is what makes it the worst. Fraud is taking place here. Everyone working at this bank as of 1/7/2019 should be fired. BOA take note of this branch and do an investigation. You will continue losing customers, from the horrid service taking place at this branch."

"My personal note to .... at least this time around. I am standing in the lobby of this location, Bank of America, have been talking to one of the self described head tellers. I am here to cash a check drawn on B of A for over fifteen minutes now. I was approached while in line politely as to the purpose of my visit. She looked at the check then asked me if I have an account with B of A then I was told that they will not ba able to cash the check. If I was to open an account then they would be able to help me. I asked four times befor a walking by supervisor over heard the frustrated conversation as I was TOLD to wait as they were walking away into a back office door. The teller showed up at the window and after a couple customers later the supervisor came out then called me into an office.(more time passed by) She told me the same thing also that she would be able to help me if I was to open an account otherwise I would free to deposit the check in my account. This lady did share, it was the banks policy not to cash checks for non BofA persons if the amount was too much. She would not disclose the amount and she acknowledged my check was not a lot of money but she could not unless I opened an account. By the way. They never looked up the accout on which the check was drawn and never asked for my ID. W O W ! That is an hour of my life gone. Note for all BofA account holders.... I was told that this was a blanket policy for every BofA accout, they have a policy of a preset amount a check can be cashed by snyone walking in to cash a check you may write to them. She told me that it is the responsibility of the accout holder to let everyone know because it is not their fault that the account holdera don't read th memos, email, flyers and bank postings of changes. I just walked out of the B of A after thanking the lady for at least letting me know it was a bank policy based on the amount of the check. I have respect for any one person business to the big Companies like B of A because it is not easy to make it in the business world. Maybe I will be in my Sunday best when I have things to take care of at BofA and not just in clean casual wear with brown leather flop shoes. Ask google what is the success to failure ratio it is for businesses."

"This location is by far thee worst place to conduct business! I wouldn’t trust either of the fat greasy tellers! Their customer service is horrible. They are slow and lazy. They make up their own rules. The lines are always long. There is always one rude teller available serving a line of atleast 20, while the rest of the tellers aren’t even attempting to look busy. I love BofA but this incident today made me decide to close my account tomorrow. I won’t share it because I don’t want to relive it! Horrible location"
