"Regions is 0 for 3 on functional (or existent) ATMs in one night. I made visits to 3 separate branches tonight and I have nothing to show for it besides some lousy photos. Both of the branches on Watson, including this one, had out of service ATMs. After driving around for 30 minutes, I spent more in gas than I got out of the ATM, which was a total of $0. At this point, it would have been less headache-inducing to succumb to their ridiculous $3 online transfer fee."
"As a former banker, I can tell you that the service in this branch is as good as it gets. Everyone is super polite, and they actually call ME once a quarter or so to see how things are going. Every other branch of Regions I have visited has had a similarly friendly feel."
"If 0 stars was possible, it would be there. I am extremely disappointed in this bank and their staff. Giving the wrong information out to people when you handle their money should NOT be taken lightly. Seems like as soon as you get your account opened up, you officially don’t matter anymore and trust me the attitude they will give you, shows that indeed.. I’m never one to complain but having some type of courtesy to the people whom keep your business running should be a must. Officially lost my business. Officially lost my service. Officially lost my families service as well. Depositing checks into the wrong account, billing people when you are at fault for it, withholding checks from customers???? Please, save your time and go elsewhere."
