Arch Moving

"The two young men were professional and courteous. Items were handled very carefully and nothing was damaged. However I feel like the movers took extremely too long. They moved two bedroom sets a washer, dryer refrigerator and one table and it took 10 hours. This job should have took four to six hours and no more for skilled movers I was charged $170 an hour, plus mileage. The items listed above totaled $1700 when they got through. I believe while the movers were very careful they intentionally took their time to accrue additional fees for the company and themselves"

"Although I didn't have much to move or far to go, Arch was fantastic! Darion and Ryan were friendly, courteous, and professional with me and each other, even checking with each other that they were comfortable with the tasks they were doing. They wrapped items that needed protecting and stored everything securely in the truck. They communicated well before, during, and after my move. I was super pleased with this local company!"

"The Arch moving crew was amazing!! They were ready to conquer all the items we needed & made it seem like they enjoyed helping people out. They communicated any hipcups or things that didn’t work in places we wanted & had suggestions to try something else. They were flexible with listening to requests. The whole crew was super friendly & personable! I felt very heard with items that needed extreme delicate care. I knew that my belongs were safe with them. It began raining while unloading the truck, but they acted like it was no big problem!! They worked so quick & had great communication amongst themselves to work as a team. I would 10 STAR these guys if I could!! Highly recommend!"
