"Went there this afternoon about 3:00 to get into my Safety Deposit Box. Sign (not handwritten but an 'official' looking one) on the window said 'Temporarily Closed' and to call a number on the sign for more info, which I did, That was a waste of time because when I finally got to speak to someone, they said they had no information on the 'branches'. I wanted to know is it closed for good since they have closed and/or reduced operating hours in many of these 'branches'. No luck with that. I get that it snowed today but this branch is not open on Saturday and with Presidents Day on Monday if it does reopen, it wont be until Tuesday. Just another example of whomever is in charge not caring about their customers. If you want to send some employees home because of your snow fear, fine, do that, but if you're in charge, stay around for your customers. You could lock the front door and operate from the drive-thru. Of course, that would require job integrity."
"I just wanted to thank Larry Kopecky for accommodating my daughter yesterday. It was about 18 minutes until closing and he went out of his way to help her set up a checking account. Needless to say, she was there a good 15 minutes after closing and he was more than willing to help her figure everything out. Thank you Larry."
"1130 on a Saturday when posted hours are until noon the automated run around b's on their phone system tells you they are closed. Find a direct number and it just rings and ring no answer. I see how unimportant customers are I'll take my business elsewhere next check."

"Used thier atm was charged $1.75 to reject my request for 20 dollars when i had 24 and some change in my account they also charge you to cash a check that is wrote on thier bank i think they are a total ripoff bank"
