"Horrible customer service and not polite at all. I was told that since I did not have an appointment they might not be able to help me because there was only 1 person that could. Then finally she said the lady would be able to help me but I had to wait 5 or so minutes. I sat down and waited as the lady that was going to help me just kept looking out typing on her computer. She walks out goes to the back laughing with her employees and doesn't even acknowledge me, just kept me sitting there. Plus how can a bank not have a public bathroom??? I would not recommend this bank."
