"We had a great experience at this location. My boys wanted to make their first deposit from the money from their piggy bank and Matt was so great and patient with them. The manager on staff at the time (didn’t get her name) was also so sweet!! My boys were thrilled and we couldn’t have been more happy with the service we received."

"They have destroyed my trust to Regions! This location is like nowhere else in the country... yes, I do travel a lot and have relationships with several banks for 16 years period, so I know exactly what I'm talking about. All their explanations were unclear and uncertain why they can't satisfy my simple need. Barriers, fence, wall.... that was my feeling, while dealing with them. I provided government issued ID, answered all extra questions when usually have NON but my accent and long last name probably made huge difference! What a shame!!!! P.S. All other locations we ever visited provided us class A - exceptional service"

"Opened new accounts and three weeks later still have not received my debit cards we ordered. Went in there and finds out they forgot to order them!! And now they want to charge me $26 to close the account. And if I don’t want to close it, I have to keep AT LEAST $50 in the account!! Save your time!"
