"I lost my bank card, I couldn't make transactions on the mobile internet because I didn't speak English, I went to the bank. he said he had lost, they told him over internet banking and asked if you could please speak English, would you help me, they said no, I'm asking the bank officials. And who will help the people who come there?"
"I'm so eager to pay off my car loan so I can stop having to do business with them. It's extremely impossible to do business with them. They don't have a drive-thru line. And even when it looks like there's two tellers available, one suddenly disappears. I have never spend less than 20 minutes inside just trying to pay a car loan. This time I had to leave because I was stuck behind an older gentleman starting his third out of who knows how many transactions while I had food waiting. DON'T CHOOSE BANK OF AMERICA."
"Worst customer service ever. Hire some tellers! One teller with a line of 10 customers Everytime I go its the same. I do feel a bit sorry for employees having to deal with all us angry people. Corporate needs to allow hires. I'll bank in Illinois where the BoA has plenty of employees."
"Horrible customer service. I had a check that had mine and my dad's name on it, I had him sign the back of the check and everything and old lady teller that was there told me I needed him to actually be there in person for me to deposit it in my account. Then when there was a line the lady at the desk when you walk in said that she could take me at that front desk and didn't even ask for my dad's ID once he got there. She said because she did it on the tablet it's different so I don't understand why I had to sit there and wait for my dad to show up and have to bother him when they could have told me if you wait a moment she'll be able to help you with that over there. Weird."
"Incredibly poor customer service. The teller sat there at a window while 3 people waited in line. One teller was working hard to get us through. When a customer approached the other teller she didn't say a word, instead held up one finger. I haven't seen that kind of rudeness in a bank before. Turns out the guy just needed to drop off a document. Come on Bank of America you can do better"
