"Hours advertised here are not the true hours. They close at 5 pm on weekdays. Most branches close at 7 pm anyways but this one says 6 pm. I arrived at 10 after 5 pm on a Wednesday and they were already closed. I am a travel worker so I had to drive 5 hrs as this was the nearest branch to where I currently work and my they were already closed. At least put up the correct hours!"

"Wish I could rate this lower and still be able to comment, yet I can't. And I'm wondering how many of those 5 stars are given by employees, because this is literally the worst bank I've dealt with, and I once had a Wells Fargo account. They will lie about everything to get you to sign up, hoping you don't read your contract thoroughly, and still manage to screw you left and right even if you do. If this was an isolated case, I'd let it go, but now they have done this same thing to friends. I'm pulling money and sticking with Vibrant. I'd never have even been with them if my credit union dealt with international funds! I urge everyone to avoid this bank and this branch in particular."
