"Currently un-happy as a previous regular I have been turned away from cashing in my rewards as they email you and text you due to 'closing early', if the date and time has not expired as per the offer, this is quite a possibility of false advertising or bait and switch....now i have a birthday gift that was cashed in prior to the date it said it was available and no help or what ive expwrienced before, a pleasant attitude for even walking in the door. Plenty of other places to spend your money if ya want around, many with great service and kindness, free drinks, some with snacks even. Not sure I want to even return here, but you bet i'm not letting my $10 free offer go away! Even if I have to turn it over to the Illinois Governing Authority"
