"I had a lot of recommendations to go to Brenny's for some work I needed done on my Yamaha V-Star. Within a couple of minutes of speaking to the man in the service department about what kind of tires I wanted, I knew I wasn't going to do business with them. I didn't immediately know what type of tires I wanted (I planned on discussing options), and he treated me like I was an idiot. He might be great at turning wrenches, but I'd suggest finding someone more professional to handle customer service. He cost you guys a $1,400 project."

He was very energetic and upbeat, which made breaking the ice so much easier. We rode into the parking lot and found a group of very personable and caring men who opened the doors and provided shelter. The showroom was beautiful, everyone we came into contact with was kind and generous. Highly recommend!"
