"I’ve had an amazing experience at One Tree Hot Yoga! The community classes are perfect for beginners, with plenty of modifications available. Over time, I found myself attending more frequently and fell in love with the consistent practice. It not only improved my sleep and well-being but also made healthier choices feel more natural. The instructors are knowledgeable, the environment is clean, and there's a great balance between fun and seriousness. I'm really grateful for this journey and the wonderful people I've met along the way :) Highly recommend!"

"Small, sweet studio = attention to the small details. Visiting from NE for a bball tournament. I enjoyed Courtney’s warm welcoming. The studio had a dim lit ambiance and I enjoyed the courtesy face towels. Practice was HOT, as to be expected. Really enjoyed the essential oil at the beginning of practice and the cold towel at the end. Thank you!"

"Since my first class, One Tree has quickly become a daily part of my routine! I have been a casual yogi for several years, practicing at a few different studios and at home, but was never able to get into a consistent routine. Since my first class, I immediately knew I would be back often. I love the feeling of leaving a class drenched in sweat while also feeling stronger & stretched out. The hot yoga classes have been so beneficial for me both mentally and physically, especially as I have been able to be consistent. Since making One Tree a part of my routine I’ve seen changes in my body and strength, but also have noticed huge differences in my stress levels and mental energy I can bring to my day. I love the 5:30 am hot yoga class on weekdays so I can start my day on the right foot but have also started to try some of the other offerings including barre, Pilates, and sculpt classes. These have been fun to mix it up and try new things. Overall, there are a ton of class & time options. I truly have enjoyed every instructor I’ve had for different reasons, they all bring something unique to my practice. I appreciate how all instructors offer both modifications and challenges so I can take what I need on any given day. I am always anxious trying new places & being around new people but everyone at this studio has been so positive and welcoming it made for such an easy transition."
