"I retired from this office as Field Collection Manager in 1998 and had a positive staff and helpful taxpayer assistants. The 35 years I spent were an adventure and mostly positive. As the first woman in the Exec level, it definitely was challenging. As to the facility iself, we had to choose our furniture as leftovers from other offices. Also there were employees added from other state offices that created overcrowding. We did the best with the resources we had but I would never have tolerated employees being rude or uninformed. We always accomplish more with Sugar than Vinegar. I left there with a 5 star staff and apologize for any poor experiences of taxpayers who go there for help."

"Every year, for over 20 years, they have helped me. Always helpful, every time they check and catch my errors. Every year, they are Fantastic! This year I tried to mail, the tax form and payment. But the forms had conflicting mailing addresses??? The phone call, was over 60 minute wait? Mailing was certain to be doomed and payment not received on "Time?" Penalties? So, so, glad they're open in midst of Coronavirus! Within minutes, DONE!"

"The man in the office I talked to was breathing heavy and impatient and didn't wanna answer any of my questions. VERY RUDE. I think those men in that office need to retire and let more customer service friendly individuals replace them."

"Not even one star is deserved here. The men here are so rude and not helpful at all. I made a mistake on one form I filled out and asked for another. The employee literally said “just scratch it out I don’t care” & walked off chewing a mouth full of pizza. I don’t like turning in sloppy forms so I literally had to ask for another sheet in a not so pleasant voice. They were rude, & sluggish. The entire experience was horrible. Not to mention how outdated the office is. Upgrade your employees first!"

"The building/office is functional but is need of repairs/updates. My husband and I needed a bit of help filling out forms and submitting corrections. Larry, the gentlemen I worked with, was very helpful and pleasant. He helped me fill out the correct forms and even assisted with calculations. I was expecting a negative experience (as is the norm with some state run facilities) but was pleasantly surprised! Thank you for your time and effort."
