"The cashier from last night was so rude. She knew I was standing at the checkout and said nothing. She came over gave me the most attitude stare and still nothing. She checked me out and the drink was higher than the shelf price but she said oh well deal with it or go someplace else. It was a horrible experience and I will not be returning."

"The 5 stars are for the 2 employees there that are doing all they can, taking care of everyone that comes through the door, while at the same time expected to be responsible for keeping all those empty shelves stocked. As a district manager, or even a area director, YOU should be in those locations helping get the shelves filled with product that is on carts in almost every aisle. Yes, your store employees are responsible, but to make your brand the best there is, you need to be in there helping carry the load. Hats off to the two employees that are expected to carry on all this themselves and to keep great customer service at the same time. It’s not an easy task I know. Yes, there is a shortage of people who want to work but corporate employees should be doing all they can for the brand, even if it means coming in themselves to clean things up."

"The cashier Sam was very helpful and very friendly despite her coworker haggling her in front of customers about relieving her for a break. She took on 3 customers in the same time her "coworker" took 1 and seemed that she was being treated unfairly. I come into this establishment a lot and the only one I really see working and doing their job is Sam. Not to pick favorites or nothing but she deserves a break and also the "coworker" does not need to be saying the type of things she said in front of customers...VERY Unprofessional. I dont care what this other person's rank is she should pull her aside. But I know this woman Sam doesn't know me from Adam on the street but she has worked here since Ive moved here from KC and always been nice to me and despite how her coworker is, I think Sam deserves a raise"

"Very nice employees. Recently remodeled store... lots to choose from. Had what I was looking for. You can order on the app and pick up (I didn't know that until I went in.) Rug Doctor rentals too! Good experience!"

"The cashier was very rude. My daughter sitting in the buggy wasn't an issue the entire time we were in the store but when I got up to check out, which was already frantic because I have kids, she informed me my daughter was unable to sit there. Then she proceeded to say little things during check out that were unprofessional, almost making fun of me for explaining that part of the purchase would be eat. I got sine good deals but left feeling very judged. I won't visit that location again."
