"After having a baby, I was anxious to lose the baby weight. I saw a promotional add on Facebook for a discounted package with the use of their red light therapy bed and other technology to help with healing and weight loss. I will say that my appointment that day was very relaxing and I felt refreshed. Did I actually lose any weight/inches? No. As suspected, it takes using those things multiple times and thousands of dollars to do that. After the appointment I met with a staff member, (not Dr. Becking) who went over the prices of their services and how they could help with my weight loss. I opted for the cheapest option, (which was still not cheap); a diet plan. I was willing to pay the price because I thought it would help being held accountable and I’d be supported along the way. After paying, I was handed a bag with a couple of booklets I was told to read, drops, and pills. I was told nothing more about the diet other than to read the booklet. I was then sent in my way. I expected to hear from somebody my first week, because numbers were exchanged for this reason. I also sent a message through their “app”. No answer. After two weeks I FINALLY received a message. It said to make sure I’m logging in. I had been logging in, and replied that along with a few questions. I also expressed a concern about a struggle I was having at the time. I got a reply. However, I’ve never heard anything since then. I’ve been doing this for a month now. Have I lost some weight? Yes. Do I think the drops work? No. If I had known what I know now, I NEVER would have paid $900 for a diet plan booklet I could have googled, and drops that don’t work. I felt like after they got my money, they were done with me. I certainly wish I would have gone somewhere else."
