"Terrible, Amazon wouldn’t let me use the locker I normally use, so I used this one. I didn’t initially know it was a part of SLU’s student center, I’ll take the blame for not doing my research. Although, they have extremely faulty lockers. They even were aware enough to tape a handwritten note that acknowledges the issue, but somehow not the technology/technician…? I don’t attend, but SLU has way too much money for janky lockers. I wasn’t able to receive my package because the code or scan wasn’t accepted. I’ll never come back to this location."

"As other reviews state, it’s just a small mail center in the student center. They DO NOT sell stamps on the weekend despite being open until 1pm, their system is not working dui g weekend hours apparently."

"Helpful and quick. It's students and small so if you have major mailings you might want to go somewhere else."

"They take forever to scan in packages after they're delivered. I had an urgent package to pick up, and after two days of it sitting around waiting to be processed, I went in and they told me that they aren't willing to find my package for me. They laughed at me while I walked out. I bet you they would dig through all the packages if there was a package for themselves. Unfortunately, SLU students who live on-campus have no choice but to use the post office. I just reroute my packages to the nearest USPS post office, rather than dealing with this crazy place."

"Horrible customer service. These students are going to have a rude awakening in the real world. Packages sent overnight or priority sit for days before they process them."
