"If you don't like lies, don't do business with these people. I'll give an example of one of them. They lied to the, Organ Donation and Transplantation Company, saying that my uncle's body was already, embalmed, {he was not embalmed} the same day they pick him up. The company needs to collect the organs within 24 hours of death. My uncle never got the honor of being an organ donor. On top of that, amongst other lies, they took 7 weeks to give me a death certicate. The whole experience was exhausting annoying from beginning to end. Never, again."

"If I could rate this place a zero, I would. My dad passed unexpectedly while being on the road as a truck driver and the experience getting him home through Grandberry was horrific. Beverly Grandberry was extremely unprofessional and blamed my grieving mother for all the miscommunication. When my dads flight landed, Aaron from Grandberry did NOT go pick him up. So my deceased father stayed at the airport overnight, yet Aaron told my mom he would pick him up upon his 6pm arrival. We switched our services to William C. Harris whom I would highly recommend."

"My experience was HORRIBLE! My Fathers casket had scratches all on it that the failed to repair or replace prior to his services. We specifically asked & had it in writing, please DO NOT to cut his beard and the cut it all off... The grand finale was when Ms Beverly came in their chapel yelling at our family right in front of my fathers grieving grandchildren. No one was ignorant or out of control. My wife and I tried to calm her down in the hall way to NO AVAIL! Some of the staff apologized but the owner was too arrogant to apologize. The only thing positive I can say about this place is ArchBishop West who is the epitome of compassion and professionalism. Mr Jason was an amazing help as well. If your looking for a funeral home I wouldn’t suggest you let them take care of your dog."
