"Went to this location for assistance while standing in line Ladonna walked up and grab a customer application behind me and walked off I was clearly there before here when I asked if she could drop off my app in the box as well she just walked off… extremely rude no customer service when asked to file a complaint she said have a good day"

"Actually they 0 stars PERIOD. Very unprofessional, poor customer service. It's primarily whoever is at the front desk. Today on 12/13/23 when I arrived around 12:15 pm a really bad incident happened with someone trying to get some assistance and a white worker at the front desk. All the young lady wanted to do was ask a quick question. Yes she jumped in front of me... but I didn't mind but the worker was really rude and unprofessional on her response to her. Like 20 minutes later the worker tried going back over to her to see what she wanted and the client lost it on her. They are lucky security was there. I don't like seeing things like that. Last thing is that all but 2 workers went to their Christmas party at noon. I was told that by the white worker at the front desk. I PROMISE YOU that none of them workers came back while I was there from 12:15 to 1:40pm when I left. Unacceptable and very unprofessional at a place like this. The workers could've rotated their lunch or Christmas dinner breaks, like half go first then the other half goes next just to keep business going and people out of there. Horrible people at this location... poor management PERIOD!! ONCE AGAIN..they get 0 stars!!!"

"The workers here have very nasty attitudes . They are unprofessional, rude , and disrespectful they look down on you and talk to you any type of way there were several workers standing around laughing and talking about people It's a shame you have to deal with people like this when you are in a time of need.. I just walked out."

"Two ladies were at the desk and one told me to apply for p ebt , and I did with my child care paperwork I was turning in. The other lady stated "Its friday, im leaving early, nobody is here". Now, from June 15th , my paper work was never RECEIVED and its July 2nd !!! I turned in my child care paperwork in the mailbox and P EBT paper work to them , MY MISTAKE ! THEY DONT KNOW WHAT IM GOING THROUGH TO DO THIS! Its very UNACCEPTABLE. Now I know to DO MAIL , TURN IT IN AND EMAIL, BECAUSE THIS IS RIDICULOUS FOR SOMEONE TO TOSS MY PAPER WORK LIKE IM NOTHING !"

"This place is horrible. I've never seen such ridiculousness. They never take responsibility for all the mistakes they make and I'm tired of them losing paperwork after I fill it out & send it in then they resend it to me & tell me it's late."
