"They do not trim they trees. Tried to get a branch cut away from my house for years."
"Instead of fixing the road, they pull up a small portion or square plot, and patch it. Or currently, it seems they are replacing a pipe or something with the long strip that goes blocks in any direction. I'm so sick of metal plate, sinkholes in their patches, these long Grove lines that wear on my tires. How about... completely tear up the section your working on and FIX THAT?! The level of incompetence at job completion and at bare minimum the roads we drive on are beyond unacceptable. For reference, we reported a massive hole in front of our house a year or more ago.. and today... they just filled it with gravel? Wtaf..."
