"I had been a customer at this facility for four years. During that time I had had numerous issues with the facility, problems with paying my bill, getting access to property, just having someone in the office to bring my issues to. Very dissatisfied. Terri took over direct operation of the facility earlier this year and I have to say that the turnaround has been remarkable. The facility has been cleaned up, any issues that come to light are taken care of promptly and no further issues paying my monthly bill. Just seeing her working the property and knowing that the office is staffed brought me a sense of comfort. I am moving out as I no longer need a locker at present but I can can say with confidence that should the need arise again I will definitely bring my business back to this storage facility.
