About the Business

Welcome to the Oratory of Ss. Gregory & Augustine, a vibrant place of worship located at 7230 Dale Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri. As a pastoral ministry of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of St. Louis, our church is dedicated to celebrating the rich traditions of the Catholic faith through the Traditional Latin Mass and Sacraments.

We invite you to explore the beauty and depth of spirituality that the Latin Mass offers, providing a sanctuary for those seeking peace and a deeper connection with God in today's complex world. Our community is a welcoming haven for individuals and families searching for a parish where they can truly feel at home.

Join us for our Coffee Hour in the St. Joseph Room, where fellowship and community spirit thrive. Please consult our online calendar for specific dates. Our website serves as a comprehensive guide to our liturgies, sermons, education programs, and social activities, giving you a glimpse into the grace of God, the love of Jesus Christ, and the work of the Holy Spirit within our parish.

We are delighted that you have found us and encourage you to visit and experience the warmth and devotion of our community. As St. Augustine once wrote, "Thou hast made us for Thyself and our hearts are restless until they find rest in Thee." May you find rest and spiritual nourishment here at the Oratory of Ss. Gregory & Augustine.

Oremus pro invicem (Let us pray for each other)!

— The Very Reverend Monsignor C. Eugene Morris, Rector

For more insights into our community, we invite you to watch a featured video with Msgr. Morris, Stan Metheny, Nicholas Kalinowski, and Dr. Peter Kwasniewski. Additionally, read the letter to the Faithful of OSGA from the Archbishop regarding ATN.

Please note that as of July 1, 2018, the Oratory of Ss. Gregory & Augustine has been located at St. Luke the Evangelist Church, 7230 Dale Ave, Richmond Heights, MO 63117. We look forward to welcoming you in person.

"Beautiful traditional church, stellar Scola and polyphonic chant music. The sole one star review of this place's music stems from jealousy. Come and hear for yourself. Best traditional music in stl area."

"Absolutely breathtaking TLM. The reverence showed for our Lord was like any other that I have seen. We are cradle Catholics and this was myself, wife, and children’s first time to a TLM. I have been complaining the last few years to my wife that our mass is turnings into a typical Protestant concert. TLM is our new home."

"My wife and I were married here a long time ago. We returned to celebrate our anniversary. The 8am Sunday mass was very well attended with lots of families and lots of kids. This has the old style Latin Mass."

"One of the very places in St. Louis to receive the Latin Mass. Msgr Eugene Morris is a very good priest and smart off the charts. We are blessed to have him."

"I CAN'T BELIEVE IT Go to confession. Go to Mass (At this beautiful and vibrant church). Love your family. If you read the google reviews on a parish trying to gauge it's faithfulness to the magisterium of the Mother Church then you have made about 4 critical mistakes. 1) You trust the strangers on the internet more than Holy Providence in delivering you to a faithful church while visiting a strange city 2) You didn't try asking your friends whom you should practice to trust 3) You didn't read the churches bulletin to see if it has a solid parish life 4) You're trusting 1 star reviews on places that provide soul saving remedies."
