"NO stamp, no envelop, limited resources. The employee told me that is because most of the clients are students. Are you kidding me? Is this the way that the USPS deal with students?"

"The worst post office I’ve ever seen. Went there to ask if it accepts FedEx smartpost packages, and the lady said yes and took my package. I showed her a detailed instruction of the smartpost, which explicitly says it needs to be handed to FedEx. I thought I made my point clear. But there was no tracking update after two days I dropped it off, so I went back to ask if the package is still there (which is fine if it is, I can just take it to a FedEx location). But nope, the lady said she handed it to USPS, completely unapologetically, and asked me if I have the tracking number. I said yes, and she said “You should have taken a picture of the tracking number, I told you so!” Where does that even come from?? It’s so frustrating that my package now might be lost because of their carelessness, there’s no way to hold them accountable, and they don’t even apologize or show any signs of guilt. And this is not the only incident of shipping issue - another time when I dropped off a package, it went to the wrong direction (east coast vs. the west). This might be solely due to USPS and not this particular location, but if shipping issues keep occurring, it’s very hard to trust this location. The staff seem like they want to be helpful, but the truth is that they don’t give a damn."
