"PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS STAFF AND RULES I WENT IN FOR A NEW PATIENT CHECK UP2023 AND DIDNT EVEN SEE KIETH I ASKED WHY SHE SAID HE DOESNT HAVE TIME TO SEE NEW PATIENTS I WAITED IN THE WAITING ROOM FOR AROUND A HOUR BECAUSE THEY CHANGED THEIR MIND ONLY TO FIND OUT KIETH WAS TOO BUSY AND TO GO HOME. I HAD BLOOD WORK DONE THIS YEAR GOT IT BACK IN MY EMAIL.SOME CONCERNING THINGS CALLED HIS HELPERS TO FIND OUT THEY HAD THEM ON THEIR FAX MACHINE AND MIGHT GET BACK WITH ME WED FOR SURE THURS WELL WED AND THURS PASSED WITH NO CALL MY DAUGHTER GAVE THEM HER NUMBER ALSO NOTHING THEN FINALLY A CRABBY HELPER CALLED BACK SAYING HE WANTS ME ON STATONS WITHOUT EVEN SEEING ME WHICH COULD CAUSE FATAL INTERACTIONS WITH THE CURRENT MEDS I TAKE NEEDLESS TO SAY IF A DR DOESNT EVEN WANT TO S HEDULE WITH YOU ESPECIALLY A NEW PATIENT THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG STAY AWAY!!!!!"
"Doctor is more concerned with pushing the high dollar medications than actual patient care. Takes multiple phone calls, messages through their online portal, and constant follow up to get anything done. They RARELY return your calls and messages if you don’t stay on them. Very sad and frustrating situation considering I have been a patient for almost 10 years. Moving to a new primary care doctor. Used to be the gold standard of doctors and now I wouldn’t send anyone there. Can’t get appointments timely and office staff is decidedly unhelpful."
