"Since Dr Hoang left, They are constantly late on my child’s add medication even when call it in 3-4 days in advance. Every time I call for a sick visit it’s 2-3 weeks out. What is their response .. “Well if he/she gets worse just take him to urgent care or ER.” Excuse need but then why the heck do I need you as our pediatrician? My kids STILL see nurse practitioner , (we love Nurse practitioner Lisa, nothing against her) months and months after Dr Hoang left ! My kids STILL haven’t been assigned a new actual Dr which is why my daughters controlled rx is late almost every month being called in because they have to find a Dr to sign it! We will not be continuing with this office any longer."
