"I had a storage space at Life Storage Rock Hill for 12 months. I definitely recommend this place. It was kept clean, temperature controlled, bug free, and didn’t smell. Even when I was unpacking my things they didn’t have a smell to them. Tanya (the store manager) is very friendly, helpful, responsive, flexible, and accommodating. She was great to work with!"

"I've been storing my entire life at this location for the past two years while I build a new home. Everything has always been clean and in working order. Easy to get in and out and have always felt very secure when I had to go pick up or drop something off. The management at this location are also super helpful and friendly. I had an issue with my lock and Tanya was able to jump in and help me resolve it when I was already super stressed out about moving. She made it look easy but I know it was not! Highly recommend! Thank you for keeping my items secure!"
