The atmosphere is great and the people well welcome anyone with open arms If you're looking to have a real God experience that is the place to go. The pastor he is the real deal. They don't have a choir but that is okay the word is what's important."
"Praise the Lord- The Church is built on Jesus Christ and Him alone. When you come to OPC you will only receive the love of Him alone and that will sustain you for the rest of your life. But the House of God needs a Shepherd and God has chosen Phillip R. Parker Sr. for the Overland Pentecostal Church of the Apostolic Faith. Pastor Parker has a true love of the people and a true heart of a Pastor. He sees his calling as a calling from God and not a “job” therefore he doesn’t treat it like one. I often find the Pastor bent on his knees praying and fasting for the people, shut into the church seeking the face of the Lord. He is a wonderful husband, father, best friend, and all around down to earth person. He is the first to help anyone. He also heads up and online podcast on Mixlr: Insight Through God’s Word Ministries. More information can be found on the website.
