"Dr Glueck and Joy Bittle made me less anxious and concerned about my previous hip replacement. They were very thorough in explaining the procedure and the expectations during recovery. I am getting ready to have my other hip replaced by Dr Glueck as well and I fully trust AB&J to care for me. AB& J have also done procedures for my husband . He will not see anyone but Dr Spezia at AB&J. The only drawback to using AB& J is that if you have a balance with them, they will not see you until it’s taken care of. That could be hard on a family on a super tight budget. Especially in these times where inflation has really hurt us in our abilities to have extra expenses."

"Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Phycian assistant was friendly and was very detailed about what was wrong with knee. But when given the 2 option injection or knee replacement. Could have been given more details about the process before surgery and what the surgery entailed seeing how devastating this was to me. And the doctor I saw Dr. Melander spent maybe 2 minutes with me and stated I needed an MRI didn't act like he gave to whoots about me as a patient. Not sure if I want them to do my knee surgery. So what does a person do?"

"I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Frisella whom I have seen in the past. But the receptionist GRACE was the rudest person I have ever encountered at a providers office! She needs a job not in customer service. I am a medical office manager and this girl needs to be coached on how to speak to people. My office refers patients to this office and I sure hope they never have to speak to this Grace person. She is condescending and hateful. Not a good look for your practice. If I didn’t appreciate Dr. Frisella so much I would go somewhere else. There are several reviews about this girls attitude and she clearly isn’t getting feedback from the higher ups because she just seems to hate people and her job. It’s sad that the company is getting so many bad reviews because of one person’s attitude. She talked down to me and even chuckled at me when I said I wanted to wait to see the Doctor instead of the NP."

"I don’t know who is answering your phones at the Wentzville office (I don’t remember her name) but my suggestion is finding someone new. When people call who just want to set up a simple appointment (who are usually in pain) and they are met with a rude and snarky person who has zero patience when asked a simple question, and obviously hates their job, it actually makes me want to go anywhere but here to figure out my issue. I hope a manager or someone sees this review and takes it seriously. I read all the negative reviews on the receptionist before I made the call and was like surely it’s not that bad. Nope, it was."

"Will leave you stranded in the patient room forty five minutes past your appointment. Give you no explanation!! But if you’re late they will make you reschedule and charge you a fee for a missed appointment. I do not recommend them !!"
