Located at 1019 Bryan Road, O'Fallon, Missouri 63366, the O'Fallon Municipal Court is a vital part of the local government, serving as an extension of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Missouri within St. Charles County. Our court is dedicated to adjudicating traffic and ordinance violations, primarily filed by the O'Fallon Police Department and Code Enforcement Officers.

Services and Operations:

The O'Fallon Municipal Court provides municipal court services not only for O'Fallon but also for the Cities of Lake St. Louis and Weldon Spring. While these cities provide their prosecuting attorneys for respective cases, O'Fallon supplies the judge and manages all administrative functions. All proceedings are held at the O'Fallon Justice Center.

Court Procedures:

- Proper attire is mandatory; shorts, halter tops, and tank tops are prohibited in the courtroom.

- Mobile phones are not allowed inside the courtroom.

- Payments must be made via money orders or checks, with no cash accepted. Please ensure your name and citation number are clearly written on the payment.

- Warrant payments will not be recalled until the next business day.

Electronic Services:

We offer online document submission and signing, with the ability to save a PDF copy for your records. Electronic filings are reviewed during normal court office hours and responded to within one business day. Additionally, individuals can use the "Track This Case" service on Missouri Case.net to receive email and text notifications about case updates.
