"So I called to check on an order that was sent by my doctor. The only question I had to ask was how does this this work since I'm a first-time customer and had no idea! I was met with the answer well we have more orders in front of you so you're just going to have to wait, to which I replied I just have a question but was met with the same answer.I don't know who y'all have running this place but y'all need to fire them. You can't talk to people like that what's wrong with y'all. And judging by all your reviews and your low 2.8 that you've had for so long you're probably not going to change anything. Do better!"

"I don't recommend using this place for more than CPAP supplies when i recently started using oxygen the delivery lady had no real knowledge of what she was doing they won't come out to you for anything except for the day they are in that area they gave me four small tanks for the go they are heavy i told them i can't lift and carry them i wanted a portable oxygen machine was told no so now i have switched companies best move i have made to aspire very knowledgeable very professional had me set up the day after they got the information from my doctor."

"As a therapist, I recommend medical equipment to my patients in home health. I’ll steer patients and their doctors away from using this location, following the treatment received from their Rep, who answers the phone. Our Patients are coping with complex issues and I won’t subject them to the cruel treatment by referring this particular Lincare. Fortunately, the delivery man was excellent."

"My doctor’s office had to put in a request for a nebulizer 4 different times over a span of 9 months before the company ever reached out. Every time they reached out, it was during my work hours when I could not answer my phone. When I called back, I always got an answering service who said they would take a message. The one person I ever did speak to in the actual room force was very short with me. It was a total of 11 months before I FINALLY got my nebulizer. Terrible customer service!"
