"I went to the Overland Store after being told by the TMobile Experience store in Richmond heights that overland had 3 of the phone model in stock that I needed. The drive took me about 12 minutes. The man who helped me asked if I wanted a watch, tablet (we own plenty?), every protection policy and I didn't, suddenly he didn't have any phones. He tried to convince her I needed protection for my phone because people want to steal them, we live very different lives clearly. He was obviously lying about having stock and didn't want to sell me the phones and saving them for a better commission. I started by telling him I needed a phone because my mom is dying of cancer and need to be on the phone all the time to help her suddenly. This man somehow thought all that nonsense was okay to pull with me while I'm going through hell and just need a phone. Maybe he needs $50 that bad, but it is morally reprehensible and not how anyone should do business. You should all be ashamed of your selves"
