"If I could give no stars, I would. With no drivers employed at this location they rely on other locations to run their routes. To say the least, this make for a VERY unreliable source for gasses. On the rare occasion when tanks are delivered, the liquid dewars vent off in less than three days, if there was anything in the tank when it came off the truck. If you can run your business on sporadic deliveries of unreliable product, then this is the place for you. If you need a reliable source to run your business, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!"

"To say the least, UNBELIEVABLE. I swap a set of oxygen and acetylene tanks early one morning before going to work then proceed to work an 8 hour day like most people do. I go home to connect and use my torches to find out that the oxygen tank that I just received that morning was empty. I called the following morning with my concerns and was told that I would have to speak with the manager Drew. I was to say the least frustrated with this and also with the price realizing that the last swap on the tanks thru a competitor was almost half the price. The manager Drew told me that there was nothing he could do because I did not bring them back the same day and any tank sold had no returns. I proceeded to tell him that after I got off work I tried but with no oxygen I could not use them. Drew told me that it was not his problem and that he was going to do nothing about this tank being empty. I proceeded to call his district manager Darren Snead, left numurous voicemail messages with no call back. With this being said thank you both for the poor service but do not worry because CeeKay took very good care of me and will be getting all of my business when the other tank leases are up with you guys. I hope CeeKay if giving you some kind of kick backs for the business you send them. Keep up the work that you guys do, it is making your competition even stronger. Also Drew, when you call a person back with your tail between your legs after talking to your manager who can't even return my call to offer a replacement to correct the problem don't wait 4 hours. By then CeeKay already got my business. Great job guys!!!!!"
