They waived several fees for us due to our loss of an infant and went far above the regular set of duties as we tried to honor our son. Kyle even drove all the way to the Chattanooga Hospital to pick up our son for no additional cost. They were so kind in walking us through the process of a funeral. Kyle was very respectful and it really did feel like he was honored to work with us. Our funeral was a little different and involved many phone calls and many arrangements.
