"I moved from a small unit to a larger unit within Fortress Storage - Bremen. So, I am still a customer (For now), but they would not pro-rate a refund for the smaller unit and apply it to my new unit. I could understand this if I were moving out completely. But not when I transferred to a larger unit. I have had a unit for about a year and a half now and a parking spot for around a year. This does not portray a company that values or wants to retain their customers."
