"My daughter and her boyfriend are just starting out. I think they pay a little much for the mobile home. The maintenance people are very friendly. I do feel it's a safe clean mobile home park. Their home is a cute and clean home. Great start for a young couple"
"Nasty and dangerous! Stay away from this place, these mobile homes aren’t fit to live in and were all constructed decades ago and are now falling apart! I don’t even know how this place is still around! I would of expected either the city or the state would of shut this place down by now."
"Neighbors are very friendly. Looks bad on the outside. But that's the landlords fault! Edit: There's no heat or air. Unless you want to blow a breaker. And in the summer you get to see up close and personal swarms of termites coming from the ceiling! And water bugs from the walls! It's like being in your own horror movie. But you don't have to call the police! They're probably already there! Apparently the property exchanged hands. If you want to live like a caveman, here's your chance!"
