"Clemons family practice is amazing from the receptionists to the nurses and doctors. My PCP is Sybil Kirkland and I promise you she is God sent. She really listens to what you have going on to see how comfortable you are with medication and if you are not she does research to give you an alternative option first. I love that. I have never had a doctor incorporate all medication science as naturally holistically. She genuinely cares for her patients not just a number to her. Every interaction is empathetic and sincere and I would recommend this practice to anyone in the statesboro ga area. I love my Clemons family."
"It was a clean and spacious practice. The doctor was knowledgeable in their field. The issue I had was when it came to billing. I asked for a routine physical. I specifically told the front desk both on the phone while booking the appointment as well as when I was there in person that information. During the visit, I consistently asked if the visit was covered by my insurance with them consistently saying it was covered. Come later, they booked it as a standard office visit sticking me with a bill for over a couple hundreds of dollars. I talked to the billing department about this issue, and they said there was nothing they could do except have me pay the bill. I will not be coming back."
